In addition to having many years of experience in the healthcare service field, Celia is also a trained chef. She is highly knowledgeable and believes in the holistic health of vulnerable individuals in need of care with adequate nutrition and physical health being of top priority.

In recent years she has had the esteemed privilege to care for her aging parents. Both of whom are cancer warriors.
